1. Services

SimplyScale provides marketing, web design, SEO, and automation services for UK businesses. All services are provided as described in individual agreements or proposals.

2. Payments

Payments must be made in accordance with the agreed terms.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled with 14 days’ notice.

  • Late payments may result in service suspension.

3. Refunds

Due to the nature of digital marketing and software setup, all payments are non-refundable once service delivery begins, except in cases of proven non-performance.

4. Intellectual Property

All materials, copy, designs, and automation setups created by SimplyScale remain our intellectual property until payment is completed in full.

5. Liability

SimplyScale is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from website downtime, search ranking changes, or third-party platform issues.

6. Client Responsibilities

Clients agree to:

  • Provide accurate information and timely feedback

  • Maintain access credentials for relevant accounts

  • Respect all project timelines and communication standards

7. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with UK law.
